Clean the equipment with clean water before use;
the submersible pump must be put into the water to work, not dry pumping.The condensing water temperature should not exceed 50 degrees Celsius, otherwise the cooling effect can not be achieved, and the pump is prone to damage when working at high temperature for a long time.
1. When fermenting grain, remove the cooler at the top of the equipment and install one-way exhaust valve.
2. During fermentation, the red handle of the valve is facing up, and the exhaust valve needs to be added with half of the water.
3. The main function of one-way exhaust valve is that in the fermentation process, the fermentation in the steaming barrel expands, and exhaust is needed instead of air intake, so as to effectively avoid debris infection
