3 Swords Germany nails scissors are sturdy scissors with short and curved cutting edges. They are used to shorten and cut fingernails and toenails and are characterized by smooth running, exceptional sharpness and a good grip cut.
3 Swords Germany cuticle scissors are fine scissors with curved and very pointed cutting edges. Cuticle scissors are used to remove loose cuticles and cuticle residues. To avoid damaging the filigree tips of cuticle scissors, they should never be used to cut fingernails or even toenails.

11-12-20248 Piece Manicure/Pedicure Kit by 3 Swords GermanyPROS+Excellent value, best among all kits I found (reasonable price point for an overall good quality product);+Optimal array of tools: nice solid quality and exactly the tools used most often (incl 2 grades of nail files and 2 different useful scissors);+Genuine leather case with leather loops to secure tools looks durable as long as leather tool loops are not abused; leather on case is plenty thick otherwise;+Solid zipper on case does not interfere with removal of tools like with some other cases;+Case size is reasonably small + good for travel.+ Packaging is tasteful, and the high quality and general utility makes it a lovely gift for any gender.+Shipping was fast, arrived in 2 days.CONS:-While the toenail clipper seems right-sized and handles easily with its wider handle, the fingernail clipper with narrow jaws and tapered tail feels tiny and potentially more squirrelly (and maybe less durable over time? Hard to tell.). If I were keeping this kit for myself rather than gifting it, I might upgrade the fingernail clipper to a Seki.-Oddly, both clippers have a little chain attached to their tail end as if it’s expected you’ll mostly use them independent of the kit. This chain interferes with slipping the clipper back into its loop in the case, so unless you plan to carry it on a keychain you may want to remove the beaded chain.-Leather loops that hold tools could wear out if handled roughly when taking tools in/out of case, so caution is advised.I would definitely buy this product again.
