I was surprised how well packed this mirror was, it was refreshing. This is a great mirror for my bathroom and the size is just right plus the base is weighted so the mirror is stable. I mention the size of the mirror since so many mirrors seem to be too small.The mirror is double sided, one side is a 10X magnification and the other side a normal mirror. Both sides are lighted.The mirror charges via USB C and a cable was included but not a USB outlet cube. When charging there is a red LED on the touch-sensitive power button, located on the mirror glass. When the battery is charged the LED turn green.You use this one button to access all the features of the mirror. A short press turns it on and additional short presses cycle though the three white light colors, a forth turns the light off. You hold the button to adjust the dimming level. The mirror doesn’t remember your light color settings, it always turn on with cool white so using the mirror will require multiple button presses to either get the color you want or to cycle to off, thus any use of the mirror will be a minimum of 4 button presses.Yes the mirror is two sided but there is one power button. If you like to use the magnified side of the mirror you will need to flip the mirror over to get to the power button, so a bit of flipping back and forth. It would have been nice to have a power button on both sides and a battery level indicator. It also would have been nice if the mirror remembered your favorite white color and defaulted to that, like my wall mirror does. All in all it’s a nice portable mirror and not having to deal with power cords at the bathroom sink is a plus.

What is the most important thing about a lighted mirror?The "glass" of course.The "glass" in this mirror is excellent!VERY clear image reflection edge to edge on both sides IMO.The light ring around the edges gives off a nice amount of light that actually DOES benefit the user too.I received the chrome version of this, though I would have preferred the Nickel version as all my hardware is "brushed nickel" but as this is a vine product, I feel fortunate to be able to review this product.The chrome finish is excellent, and the stand is very well designed and presented. The only thing I don't "like" is the "velvet like" top of the base, which I imagine is to place things like tweezers or even jewelry on. (Which ACTUALLY IS a nice purpose, it just doesn't fit MY "exact" purpose".Honestly this is probably the "best" use of this space for most people, and my "dislike" of this one design decision is only because I have hard water and think dripping on it may not be the greatest?So definitely not taking off a star for that as it actually probably "deserves" one for the design choice and it is MY problem! haha!)It comes well packaged in a "hard/soft" foam packaging used for bathroom fixtures contained in a box. It included a USB-C cable for charging and it all worked well.At the time of review this was just over $60 in price but had a 10% "coupon" available and an additional "promotion" one for another 15% which is excellent.IMO this is "worth" the "retail" price at the time of review, but with the % "off" offered I mentioned it is an excellent buy!

This acquisition was to replace a 15 year old lighted makeup mirror after the bulb stopped lighting up.Otherwise it was perfect and I would have just changed the lightbulb if such a thing exists, but it doesn't.When I received this I was surprised that it not only works as well as my old one but far exceeds it in several ways.First, there are 3 light choices, indoor, outdoor, and bright outdoor (my descriptions) which is one more than I had before.Plus this is a rechargeable mirror so I no longer need to worry about a cord when I am using it.I can move it wherever I need it.It charges just like most things today.It has a type c USB on one end that plugs into the mirror pedestal and the other end that you put into a charger is a USB A.The mirror comes partially charged so you can use it right away but I don't know how charged it is.I plugged mine in right away. One side is 5x magnification and one is just a mirror and it is lights on both sidesThe mirror pivots so you can move it closer, further, and up and down.A tool is included to tighten or loosen the adjustments if necessary. .It comes with instructions and a cloth for cleaning the mirror.
