I found out they are only 20 minutes away from where we live so I think I will go directly to them when I make my next purchase to see if I can get the next phone from them directly.About the phone. The battery holds a charge for a long time and the phone looks just like a new phone. No dents, no screen scratches. There was a tiny mark on the frame but I think it was just a mark due to a manufacturing defect when it left the iPhone factory. You can't see it anyway because it's in my phone case and looks and works like a brand new phone.
