This is an amazing product. It did what it was supposed to do and I managed to figure out how to get it to engage and disengage. My only grip is like with one person said is that once you get to where you want to get to it is a hard casing so maybe others are in between I don’t know maybe that’s what it’s supposed to be and you’re supposed to feel that but it definitely works.
