They sent me the correct item within 2 days.I ended up keeping the chair and the loveseat.They were very easy to put together (I assembled them myself with no assistance).They look fantastic and look as if I bought them all in one piece.They are extremely comfortable and there was no chemical smell coming off the fabric.Directions were easy to follow.The excellent customer service was such a plus!

However, for us it was simply too small and was devoured by the room we hoped it would enrich.Whether we failed to properly measure or got swept away by the images that seemed to enhance its size and sold us, we ended up returning it.Thankfully the seller was professional, responsive, understanding, and assisting in the return shipment and full product refund.We were delightedly satisfied with the experience and prompt seller support.
