12-08-2024I just recently started trying lip exfoliants because I’ve always had chapped lips which can make lipstick look not so prettyI first tried Burt’s Bees exfoliant but found it to be too wet and kinda greasy-feeling, and couldn’t really control where the exfoliant gritty parts went with my finger.Saw this was an option and wowwww I’m so happy with it, it’s the only kind I’ll use moving forward! The strawberry flavor reminds me of lip gloss from the early 2000s? but it works WONDERS. So gentle, yet effective. No mess at all. Super easy clean-up with no oily or waxy residue. I’m already seeing results and I just got it today!I also use the Burt’s Bees overnight moisturizer which feels soooo good after using this exfoliant stick before bed. Highly recommend this product!

12-08-2024I got the cotton candy and brown sugar scents. I had to leave for work quickly, so I only got to try the cotton candy. It smells SO GOOD. I’m obsessed with cotton candy scented stuff. I was a little worried it wouldn’t be grainy enough and not provide enough exfoliation, but it definitely did. The picture is taken in low lighting, so sorry, but I have no makeup on. My lips generally aren’t very chapped, but I’ve been looking for ways to help improve my appearance and I feel this lip scrub immediately brought color to my normally pale lips and it’s stayed there for about two hours now. My thinner upper lip also has a bit more oomph to it; which may just be because of the added color, but I still appreciate the effect. My lips do feel smoother even though they weren’t very rough to begin with, but still they somehow feel smoother. I think it would’ve worked even if my lips were more chapped, because of how scrubby it was.I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good lip scrub that smells amazing (and also tastes amazing, lol)

12-08-2024The feeling of the “first use” is a lot different than after “heavily use”.Initially it’s a very fine grit that gives way to large chunks of grit that are unpleasant.Overall the product does what it claims, removes dead skin and smoothes.
