Very sturdy and leak proof, in fact, they are so sturdy that my arthritic hands were unable to squeeze the bottle to get the contents out, so I simply removed the lid and poured the contents into my hand! Problem solved! Just make sure you have the bottle(s) you want to use ready to go before you hop into the shower, or you will be fumbling to untwist the correct bottle with shampoo in your eyes! Yes, I would purchase this again!
