I used this on the day I received it, so it’s been used only once but I definitely noticed a smoothness of my skin after. I have research this type of skin therapy ALOT & found that using it on clean dry skin has better results since some facial products can block the rays. That being said it was a little bit of a challenge to glide it over the skin but as my skin warmed up it was very easy to glide. I used a combination of 5 minutes of Red & 5 minutes of Blue on my face with 10 minutes of Red on my neck. After use I applied my skin care products & I was surprised how much smoother they went on. All this with only 1 use. Looking forward to seeing how my skin looks & feels after a month. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Skin feels and looks better after 1 week. Product is very pleasant on my faceand easyto use .I have mature skin, which easily developscapillary and vein issues. I received a couple of broken red capillaries because I initially pressed too hard. The verylimitedmanual should have cautioned and given guidance regarding initial pressure,as well as types of serums to use and avoid. The manufacturer makes the product sound dermatologicallyinnocuous . It is not. Will definitely continue use ,unless,I see furtherdamage. Hopefully, fulfilled my self-learning curve, can get the minor capillaries repaired at the derm’s office and continue to enjoy the home-based tightening and freshening to myskin.
