Exactly what I was looking for!If you are a beginner, don't get the large, but it is exact what I wanted as an experienced anal player.Very good quality, very good softness to stiffness ratio, and very comfortable when in.Overall, very good toy for experienced players.

I've had the Large version of this plug for a couple years now and it's often over-looked due to preference or inconvenience. A wider girth (3" diameter or more) but shorter insertable length would be more comfortable for me - in that case a more-beveled and less-defined lip-edge as well as a wider tunnel might be nice too.The .75" diameter tunnel isn't particularly utilitarian. Most things you might insert otherwise can't fit in this hole; though you might be looking for a speculum in that case anyways. If you thought about applying lubricant with this plug, you really should instead use a syringe designed for lubricant application that will give you far more control and access. Trying to pour lubricant through this plug's tunnel is likely to leave most of it adhered to the tunnel walls instead of passing through efficiently. Not to mention trying to gravity-feed lubricant through this tube might involve some uncomfortable posture...It's not a particularly difficult plug to insert, however you do need to have a relaxed and loosened anus to insert the "tip" as the hollowed tunnel could be challenging due to shape. The edged lip at the inserted entrance of the hollowed tunnel isn't sharp enough to puncture, but it's form will scrape along the rectal walls as you insert it and thicker-lubricants or rectal mucus might collect within the plug's tunnel. You decide if that's a conditional convenience or not.For extended wear, I would recommend an in-depth cleaning of bowels before hand and making sure no enema water is trapped - this reduces concerns of leakage and scents dramatically. It's quite comfortable to wear under clothes for an extended time, given proper preparation, however even without any leaks occurring for me it was always a risk that kept irritating in the back of my mind so I'd often fill the tunnel with some tissue paper as padding to help collect fluids that might pass through (not that it's happened yet in any of the times I've worn this plug after a proper enema, but YMMV and pulling out completely clean tissue paper from the tunnel after several hours is a strangely relieving experience). As a bonus, it's one of the few butt plugs you'll find that allows the wearer to fart through, which is actually why I find it to be very comfortable for extended wear if you're insides are very clean.I've not had any issues with the silicone material of this plug contacting other silicone toys. Some proprietary silicone blends from different manufacturers have weird, chemical reactions like melting or discoloring when in direct contact with other toys, but this plug does not appear to be one to receive or cause harm to other toys. It also doesn't "sweat" oily residue when left in storage for a long period of time. The material surface also has a nice, velvety, matte surface that feels premium to touch. (☆△☆)

This is even larger than i already thought it was which isn't necessarily a bad thing but other buyers should be aware. My main complaint is that for something thats already so large, I'm disappointed that the hollow part isn't all that big so it's hard to take advantage of.However... the hollow part is big enough that it makes the toy extremely difficult to get in without having a toy inside to initially fill the gap. I love this toy but its not exactly user friendly. The small version works really well though. Really wish there was a medium version.
