26-08-2024My mom that's on my Verizon plan needed a replacement phone and this bad boy works for her needs. She doesn't need the latest or greatest. The price is great, comes with everything you need that companies like apple and Samsung no longer include (headphones n charger). For a tiny bit of money. She's had it a few months and hasn't complained about it. So I'm a happy camper if she is.

26-08-2024I ordered the first phone and it froze and I could not get incoming calls.I had to reboot in order to get the phone to work.There was no power menu and when you attempt to power off the phone it rebooted by itself.I called Amazon Customer support, the sent me out a new phone with the same exact problem.The phone freezes and is inoperable until rebooted.You will miss almost all of your incoming calls because the phone is frozen and you have to reboot in order for it to become operable.Avoid!Avoid!Two brand new phones with the same issue.

26-08-2024the phone is a bit laggy at some times, but for the amount of storage, there are no updates that take up all the storage, and the best fact is I have dropped this phone on multiple surfaces including a McDonald's tile floor, it has held up and my screen is not broken 10x better than the iPhone 15 in that regard
