Update 11/19/24- I have used about a dozen times now and did a slicked back look on my curly hair. This time I used stick directly on my hair with light pressure and also on my fingers to fine tunw some stray hairs. Love this. No greasy or tacky reside left on my fingers is fast to apply and still no issues with the push up design. Highly recommend with advice: less is more. Only light pressure needed for product to work great. Don't over do it. I have not used a lot of the product or for all day so cannot talk about all day hold at this time.Just received this a few days ago and have used twice. I don't mind the push up. After reading other reviews, I just rubbed my fingertips over the bar to apply, to tame loose wild hairs. I have not yet tried a sleek pulled back hairstyle. When I do, I will apply with fingertips as well. I did try running the stick across my hair over the ears section but used very light pressure. It did not have a scent which I appreciate. It was not too tacky on my fingers and glided easily over the hair I wanted to tame. I have not had issue with it leaving my hair greasy after washing it. Overall I am happy with it, the hold and ease of application. I have long, leaning towards frizzy C2 hair that I pull top half up with combs style or up in high ponytail. I have those shorter hairs that curl out that I typically tuck behind my ears and those "horns" at my temples that only want to stick up. This works well in taming them. I may update when I do a slicked back ponytail to see how much I use and how long it holds up.

I think you get great value for your money. The styling ability is fantastic, the texture feels good. The size you get is enough to last you months. There's not much scent to it which is a bonus for me. The functionality of the tube is very nice.

It works really well. All my fly away stay down, and it last all day. The scent is not bad. My only problem is not if I don’t wash it out at the end of the day it make my hair look like an oily mess.
