26-08-2024Forced to replace s7 with 1" blackout at bottom, impossible to read. Refused to buy newest or most expensive. Needed Apps functions, texting, email access, decent camera and reasonable memory. Found this A54 5G listed as refurbished at a reasonable price. Read A21 vs A54 reports.Arrived well packed, within reasonable time. Samsung Switch was easy and quick. Problem w/Straight Talk Verizon phone plan. Sent wrong SIM card, Walmart not helpful. Eventually Customer Serv 3rd call sent correct SIM and all fine.Still learning but not bad past 72 yrs old.Love Samsung products. Phone like new. Was unlocked. No scratches or marks or surprises in memory.Very pleased w/seller.
