26-08-2024Was very skeptical because other people's reviews saying it was locked or had trouble hooking up service but mine was perfect out the box came with a fast charger and had no problem hooking it up to service through US Mobile with a eSim ... The condition of the phone was flawless I did a diagnostic test through Samsung Members app and everything was working fine. First time buying a phone through Amazon Renewed and from now on this is how I will purchase my phones now.

26-08-2024Acvidentally drowned my last phone. Got this one and it delivered next day. I have Verizon and I was able to take the Sim card out of my old phone and plug it into this one and immediately got calls and texts. Functions perfectly, no cosmetic issues, no scratches, doesn't lag, great battery life. Absolutely will use in the future.

It was my first experience of having any issues buying refurbished and so I was kinda nervous when I bought this one and spent more time comparison shopping sellers. I was relieved to find this one works perfectly, except I feel the battery could be a little better. Could be that I'm just used to my old phone and have to adjust. I recommend buying from this seller, they are rated highly and they ship fast. Would definitely buy from them again!
