Arrived one day early. Phone looks new, no scratches or anything. Phone operates perfectly. Some really cool features on this phone, glad I upgraded. This is the second renewed phone I've bought on amazon, I definitely recommend it for those looking for a cheap but quality phone upgrade.
I had a S23 Ultra that I loved dearly, but it was accidentally destroyed. In a hurry to find a replacement without spending $1000+, I discovered this refurbished S22 for around $400. It all looked great and worked fine. Much smaller and less flashy, it was getting the job done.12/23 is when I got this phone. 7/24, under 8 months later, I am having to replace OUTSIDE OF THE WARRANTY WINDOW because all the sound stopped working. I'm pretty irritated at this point. My wife isn't thrilled either.Someone asked to borrow my phone at the airport. Being the nice person I am, I said, "Sure! Here ya go." only to have to take it back 30 seconds later when they couldn't hear who they were talking to...I know you run risks going the refurbished route. I bought new this time, and I'm hoping for a better experience.
