I have stage 4 cancer and may not have another Christmas so figured this could help my son a little if he has something he could maybe use to communicate with me after I pass. The thing is complicated to understand when reading instructions. Then it didn't work so figured it was definitely something I was doing. Had three different people look at it and sure enough it didn't work at all. Contacted the company and all they seemed to do is want to argue and replace it instead of giving me a refund. Sorry I'm not going to replace an item with another one just give me my money back so I can look elsewhere. It took a couple weeks but finally they agreed to give me a refund.
