11-12-2024My tongue seems to have a perpetual white coating every morning I can see it in the mirror.I would brush and brush it with my toothbrush and with a Water Pik water flosser and I also used a tongue scraper included with the water flosser and it made a very small improvement but it did help.My son came home from his dentist one day and he gave me a tongue scraper that his dentist gave him for me that included an advertisement for something called Tung Gel.I purchased some TUNG Gel FromAmazon.com with a Tung brush.Here are 4 statements that were printed on the tube of TUNG Gel:1. Lossens sticky plaque from the tongue.2. zinc neutralizes bad breath.3. Works better than standard toothpaste.4. Great-tasting formula leaves the tongue feeling fresh.The bristles in the Tung brush are different than the bristles in a toothbrush.After using both brushes I highly recommend using the Tung brush.The tube of Tung Gel looks like it holds a lot but it doesn't hold a lot so you have to buy Tung Gel rather frequently compared to toothpaste.But having a normal pink tongue is worth it.I no longer worry about people seeing my tongue as it is pink enough again.Hardly any white show on my tongue.I am very happy and want to share my experience with anyone else that has a white coating on their tongue and you will be thrilled as I am.And don't forget to buy the tung brush, it's worth it.This is rather long but I think anyone who has a white coating on their tongue will really appreciate my review of this product.

11-12-2024I’ve used tongue scrapers for more than 2 years now, and this product makes my tongue look like I've never cleaned my tongue. OMG it cleans your tongue so well! The gel reminds me of kid’s toothpaste, the cool mint flavor is very mild, which is great because it doesn’t linger. You need this product, it leaves your tongue & mouth feeling amazing. This product has helped my pregnancy journey be a much easier because I feel the need to consistently clean my mouth, teeth, and tongue - and standard products didn’t work as well as this. It gets rid of all the oder and gunk left on your tongue. It truly feels like you reset your tongue (I use a non flavored mouthwash after and it works wonders).

11-12-2024I have a hypergag reflex, so if something is on my tongue and its not to be ingested or chewed like gum (like an errant toothbrush, tongue depressor, etc.) I sound awful as if I'm about to heave. So a tongue brush was not my first resort, but I gave it a try. The gel was delightful almost making me want to slurp it down. The brush was expert for the job if you don't have a hypergag reflex. It really scrubs your tongue because the bristles are stiff (toothbrush bristles don't do the job). After you finish scrubbing your tongue your mouth feels and tastes better. One caveat: you can't (shouldn't) rinse your mouth for a half hour later, so I abstain from food and drink for a half hour then I rinse my mouth and eat/drink what I want. Do this as many times as you want per day (five is probably too much, three is inconvenient if you have a busy schedule), but between the bristles scrubbing and the gel putting a positive spin on the experience, it's worth a try. I needed to do it more often than the twice a day I used it, but my near-gagging experiences tempered my desire to continue. I will continue but I probably will be inconsistent until I get over the gagging or don't need the product anymore.It's a fine product and it didn't over-promise results.
