26-08-2024I bought this phone few months ago and now it wont turn on, no damage or any other things, just turn off at night and next day wont turn on. I have done everything to turn it on but nothing work and now the phone is useless. There is no support after sale in USA. Hope they can fix the phone or replacement.

26-08-2024I bought this as a cheap standby while I sent my Cat S42 in for a battery replacement.The Bison is a superior product in processing speed, screen display, fit and finish to the Catphone for little more than the cost of a battery replacement.The Android 10 is an improvement over the 11/12 as I can again easily access files on my SD card.The fittings on the case for a lanyard attachment are very helpful for high work. Not needing delicate rubber plugs for the charge port and earphone is great. The only down side is a second sim can not be used along with an SD card. The price is way less than half of the Cat S42.My Catphone (on my third) has been dropped in a manure filled rodeo bucking chute and kicked by a bull with no ill effects after a hose down and a scrub. It is now my backup phone.I'll write back if the Bison holds up as well.
