03-09-2024My boyfriend and I bought this as a starter couch for our first apartment together. We wanted a futon in case we had guests, and this was the only space we had to put a bed, but we needed it to multi-task as a couch. The color is exactly like the other images shown in some other reviews, and it's been fairly comfortable so far. It has a strange scent, almost like beef jerky, which is very strange to me, but I'm hoping that will soon fade away. My only real complaint is that it is MUCH shorter than I thought it would be. This thing sits only like 6 or so inches off the ground, which is normal for couches, but the cushion isn't super think on this couch, so it makes the whole thing lower to the ground. I would definitely measure everything before purchasing anything as well. I wish there was someway to attach the cushion/armrests to the actual couch itself as well, because they fall off fairly easily. The middle console is only attached by a flap of fabric, so it functions fine, but is a tad unstable. Overall, it's absolutely amazing for price, but definitely make sure you don't want a couch that sits at a normal height before you buy this.
